You must create an account to use most features of My Pets Zen. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
• One account per person; duplicate accounts may be suspended
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

My Pets Zen connects pet owners with independent service providers for grooming, veterinary care, training, walking, hostel, photography, and other pet services.

• My Pets Zen acts as a marketplace platform and is not the direct provider of pet services
• Service availability, pricing, and scheduling are determined by individual providers
• Bookings are confirmed only after acceptance by the service provider
• You are responsible for providing accurate information about your pet's health and behaviour
• Service providers are independently verified but My Pets Zen does not guarantee specific outcomes

My Pets Zen offers pet products for purchase through our e-commerce platform.

• Product prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes
• Free shipping is available on orders above ₹499
• We reserve the right to limit order quantities and refuse orders at our discretion
• Product images are for illustration; actual products may vary slightly
• We strive to maintain accurate stock levels but cannot guarantee availability

All payments are processed securely through our payment partners. We accept major credit/debit cards, UPI, and Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible orders.

• Prices include GST at 18% where applicable
• Wallet credits and loyalty points may be used as per their terms
• Subscription plans are billed monthly and auto-renew unless cancelled

Service Bookings: Cancellations are allowed before the provider accepts the booking. Once confirmed, cancellation policies vary by service type. Refunds for cancelled bookings are processed to your original payment method or wallet.

Product Orders: Orders may be cancelled before shipment. Return and refund policies apply to delivered products. Refund processing may take 5-10 business days depending on your payment method.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, My Pets Zen shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our platform.

My Pets Zen is not liable for the actions, quality, or outcomes of services provided by independent service providers listed on our platform. Any disputes regarding services should first be raised through our platform's dispute resolution process.
